AI Data News participates in affiliate programs. When you click a link to a retailer in one of our reviews, deal posts, or buying guides and then make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This page explains how that works and what it does — and does not — change about our coverage.
Programs we participate in
We are participants in affiliate programs that may include Amazon Associates, Best Buy, B&H, Newegg, Walmart, Target, Skimlinks, and direct merchant programs run by manufacturers. The exact list changes as programs come and go; assume any external retail link in a review or deals article may be an affiliate link.
How commission works
If you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase within the retailer’s tracking window, we receive a small percentage of the sale. The price you pay is the same as it would be if you went directly to the retailer.
What this does not change
- Affiliate commission has no influence on review scores or recommendations. Reviewers do not know which retailers we have affiliate relationships with at the time of writing.
- We do not accept higher commission rates in exchange for higher rankings, more favorable language, or earlier coverage.
- Products that receive negative reviews still get affiliate links. Readers who want to verify the issue we describe should be able to buy the product and see for themselves.
FTC disclosure
As required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), we disclose our affiliate relationships clearly and conspicuously. Articles that contain affiliate links carry a disclosure near the top of the page.
